Easy 1st

I want my first tattoo and I know where I want it, I just do not know where to get it put on my body. Everyone I know has a tattoo, including my mom who got her eye makeup permanently tattooed on. I am the last tattoo virgin and I am sick of it. So I am ready to make it final but I want my first one to be easy for me. I like star tattoos and I figure if I do not get it filled in right away at least I will have a cool outline and my first tattoo.
