Fairy tattoos made from real people photos

I’m trying to find suitable images for fairy tattoos. My sister wants to get one but isn’t sure of what look she wants.
I have seen artwork by Amy Brown and Brian Froud but I am unsure of her wanting such commercial themes.
I know she won’t want Tinkerbell so let’s not go there. I’m wondering if an artist could whip up something to make a photo of a real person look like a fairy? Say we took in a photo of her ddaughterand had the artist apply wings and fairy type clothing. Hmm. I like that idea and will mention it to her!
