Looking for Musicians to Form a Death Metal Band

About a month ago I began practicing death metal singing. I have been working really hard and following the advice given in an article I found online. My friends say I should start looking for others wanting to learn death metal singing and work with them so we can form a band. When my parents heard this they wanted to know where this band would practice. I said the perfect place would be in our basement or garage. My dad thinks the perfect place would be in a sound proof room, preferably in another state. Mom, always the practical one in the family, suggested we practice when they are at work, but Dad said that would be a cruel thing to do to the neighbors. Obviously they are not big fans of death metal.
