We can obtain gas from water so if this gas is combustible, then we have fuel. This is the principle behind the water car. If you run your car on water, you are using water as fuel instead of gasoline and therefore making lots of savings with your car costs.
The water you put in the car will not have to undergo any special transformation to produce the fuel. You will only need a converter inside the engine. The converter will turn the water into gas. The gas produced is hydrogen and it will efficiently power the car just like gasoline does.
