Customer service is a big deal now

In the 50’s customer service was key to success. Customer Relationship Management was a big deal. If you didn’t take care of your customers needs you ran into problems with your bottom line and your company suffered. Then customer service started to drop off over the years and more and more companies stopped caring. Their bottom line wasn’t affected so much as people felt like they needed these companies but over time it became a numbing effect of expected standard service. Nothing special. People however are tired of these companies doing this to them and several companies came up using the customer service niche! People started to swarm towards the better customer service providing companies!
