Best breast enhancer?

Is that such a thing as the best breast enhancer? Also, which is better? Cream or pills? Many people told me they prefer the pills solution as they work better. However, since young, I have problems swallowing any kind of pills. Therefore, I hope to take up the cream solution. Is the breast cream as good as the pills? I don’t know. I have been researching on the Internet and check out many websites but still cannot find the answers. I am wondering if I go for the pills, can I break the pills into several pieces before eating them? Will this make it less effective?
