Epsom gel for my nails with fungus infection

I have my favorite horse for which I use Epsom gel to heal cracks and abscessed hoofs. Recently, I noticed fungus infection on my toenails and I am worried about my nails because they have become so thick that I am unable to trim my nails or cut them using scissors. I decided to use the same Epsom gel for my nails with fungus infection. I hope that the gel will be used to provide significant cure because it worked well for my horse and I have read that Epsom salt soak can provide good results for fungus infection on nails.
