Gout Diet

Gout is a fform of arthritis that strikes the big toe and make if feel inflammed and swollen.
If you have gout, then you should go on a gout diet to reduce the amount of time that you do have it. By watching the foods you eat you can help control gout and hopefully shorten the duration of it.
A gout diet means that you avoide the foods that cause gout. Foods such as red meats, organ meats and high fat foods contribute strongly to gout and should be avoided if possible.
