Grains With Lower Carbs

While you don’t want to overdo grains in your diet, you don’t want to completely banish them forever, either. Maybe you’re watching your carbs or even avoiding them altogether at the outset of a new diet. However, eventually you’ll want to add some healthy whole grains back into your daily diet. Rest assured, vegetables are not the only foods low in carb. Whole grains like whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice are low in bad carbs and high in good carbs, namely, fiber. You want fiber in your diet because it helps you feel fuller faster and it also aids digestion.
