Grandma got better with nutrient dense foods

By admin | October 9, 2009

Old grandma Eldrid (yes, I know it’s an old name) just got diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease last year. She was prescribed a bunch of stuff to take by the doctors, including an inhaler. Sure, it seemed to do something, but not much to stop whatever damage was done by the fact that she was continuing to smoke cigarettes. Finally, she found this unlikely source of info on nutrient dense foods and she actually managed to stop smoking (she’s been smoking since she was 16 and now she’s 83). The advice in that info on how kicking the sugar habit actually has a lot to do with the potential of quitting smoking had a lot to do with it.
