What I learned from doing a home colon cleanse

I was really quite shocked when I learned and saw what was sitting in my colon for all these years. When you do a home colon cleanse, you’re often very surprised at what winds up coming out of your body — if you’ve seen any of the colon cleansing pictures online, then you definitely know what I’m talking about. Some of these things are pretty gross, and I’m really surprised that people have enough maturity to actually study these things and take pictures of them, let alone then post them online for the entire world to see and ask questions about.
