Dessert Wines Turn Out Best

This year, my husband and I have been testing our hand at making wine. It’s something that has always intrigued us, so we decided that we’d give it a shot. Besides, we needed a new hobby to enjoy together. We’ve made a few batches that have been wonderful, and a few batches that have been terrible. Our recent favorites have been the dessert wines. We’ve been using one particularly great blackberry wine recipe, and we’re tweaking it to perfection. It’s taken a few tries to get it down exactly, but we think we’re close. We’re really enjoying this new hobby, especially getting to enjoy the fruits of our labors!
