The art of hypnosis isn’t hard to learn

I’ve heard some people refer to hypnosis as an art, and others say it’s a science. I’m not sure which one it is, probably a little bit of both I guess. But that doesn’t really matter, because when you’re trying to learn to hypnotize anyone, the only thing you care about is whether or not whatever method you’re learning actually works. That’s the way I approach it anyway. Hypnosis works for me because I’m able to have some influence with other people that I never had before. That’s the biggest benefit I’ve found.
