Our Dumb Criminal Neighbor

One day my exmormon dad came home briefly from work, ran inside, and when he got back to his car, he noticed the garage door opener was missing. Of course, it was obvious that someone had planned on using it later to break in. My dad notified the police, they said they couldn’t do anything, so he waited in the garage all night while my brother waited at the back of the house. Sure enough, 2am came and the door opened. The guy chickened out though and my exmormon dad was able to look under the door and see it was a guy who lived right down the street.
