Increasing Your Vertical With A Limited Amount of Time
By admin | July 30, 2009
We all know that sometimes it is hard to find enough time to go to the gym and practice to increase vertical jump. So, here I will provide your tips on how to compact your workout into as little time as possible. If you want to shorten the workout, maybe your could cut the amount of breaks you take. Breaks can waste a lot of time if they are taken too frequently. You could also do only half of the exercises one day, and then do just the other half the other day. Just keep alternating days. Another thing you could do is less repetitions and more intensity. If you are twice as intense in your workouts with half of the repetition, then you would get the same results as normal intensity and repetitions.
