The Silver Bullet For Longer Drives

It can be tricky knowing whether to work on one specific area or to work on general improvements when trying to improve your golf game. Do you work on small exercises designed to create ag in golf swing or do you work on your general strength and flexibility and hope that will help every aspect of your game. I think this decision really depends on how fit you are. If you are strong and flexible already then it might be better to work on the little aspects, but if you are not that strong, then it is probably better to work on your general fitness first as this should improve quite a lot of your game. If you still cannot decide, you could always try both for a while, not together, but a month on concentrating on more general improvements and a month concentrating on something more specific and see which you find seems to give you the better results.
