What Happened to My Computer?

I’ll tell you right now that I am certainly not a computer whiz. Most of the time, I’m lucky if I can figure out the basics. So it’s no surprise that I really can’t figure out what’s going on with my computer this time. It’s seems like the problem gets worse and worse as the days go on. My computer is just plain slow. And, half the time it really seems like it’s possessed. What is wrong? What can I do, if anything, to fix it? Someone suggested that I might need to look into registry cleaners. What is that? No matter what it is, if it might fix my computer, then I’ll certainly consider it. The problem can’t get much worse.
