Are there lots of rides for really small kids?

My husband likes to go to different amusement parks and check them out, and now that we have kids he is anxious to take them. We found some Six Flags Hurricane Harbor coupons on the internet, so we were thinking of taking them. However, I am worried that there might not be enough rides for them since they are pretty small. My one daughter is only three, and she is short for her age. Are there a lot of rides there for really small kids, or would it make more sense for us to wait until they are a little bit older (and taller).
