Timeshares: Undisclosed Details

By admin | August 30, 2008

Regardless of deeded resort, timeshare units which the tourism industry coin as "vacation ownership" market more often because of the fact that the exchange looks promising, although the distinction of transactions in terms of trading power usually is not revealed. For example, if your timeshare unit is in Hawaii or Southern California, it will exchange extremely well – those areas are some of the most expensive in the world and are subject to the demands typical of a highly trafficked vacation area. Also not divulged are cases wherein a frequent (though not a common practice) renting out of vacation ownership units occurs on a nightly basis to non-owners. Many have been dismayed by such practice because when they arrive at the resort, they’ll find that the units are all full – including the ones that have been designated to them for vacation ownership. Clearly, it’s an aggressive move by the resort owners to drive more profits that lays the clients in expense.
