So where are all the cottages for rent in the lake district? Well they are actually spread out over the entire national park area. This means that you will certainly find a cottage to rent in a location that suits you. So where do you even begin looking? I started my search for cottages to rent in the lake district by searching online. Without looking online you could really be looking for a needle in a haystack there are so many choices and varieties. Better yet decide on an area of the lake district that you like. Do you want to be by the mountains? Do you prefer the open lakes? Or are you a stickler for the North?
