After owning timeshare properties, most people are now in the process of selling timeshares. Actually the correct term is reselling their timeshares. Normally, there are three main reasons why people are trying to sell a timeshare: (a) the realization that the timeshare property is not being used as often as desire; (b) the desire to invest in something for potential profit; and (c) the desire to have an increase in cash flow. In trying to resell timeshares, take note that timeshare prices vary greatly. You should offer to sell a timeshare at a price and value that are way better than the resort’s price. Take note also that your potential buyer must see the value of buying a timeshare from you.
